Description

This masterclass immerses you in the daily life of a Champagne winemaker, a few weeks before the harvest.

You will go to the vineyard, with the winegrower, in order to better understand the maturity of the grapes.

Once in the vineyard, you will become a winegrower preparing his harvest. You will walk through the vineyard roads to pick up berries. The goal is to taste them and to note the degree, in order to be able to foresee the date when the plot will be harvested.

Finally, you will taste one of our vintages in the heart of the Champagne vineyard.

The masterclass will be available from 4 people.

Other informations

We advise you to bring appropriate clothing for walking in the vineyards, such as sneakers and pants. Rain coat may be necessary if the weather is not so good.
