An independent winegrower based in the Marne Valley, he is passionately dedicated to Meunier. His approach is above all traditional, inspired by biodynamics. He intervenes little, but always with precision, both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
He seeks to create delicious, vibrant, balanced champagnes that are designed to be enjoyed with food and to bring people together.
At the same time, he is developing his own brand of spirits, HERESIA, under which he produces his own herbal and citrus liqueurs.
