With the Route de l’Exploration Tranquille, de Bulle en Bulle, the Tourist Office offers nature lovers a series of completely environmentally-friendly stops in the heart of the Epernay en Champagne region.

Auberge de Saint-Fergeux in Gionges
A family of duck & poultry breeders and foie gras producers, their Bulle Verte comprises two routes: one of 16km and the other of 18km.
The main themes are the family and the production of foie gras (and the different ways of cooking it), and they also focus on champagne production. Daughter Cathia will guide you along the way with audio recordings, and you’ll be able to meet the whole family through interviews with various family members. After the walk, you can sample some of the family’s Champagnes and farm produce!
A gourmet picnic option is also available, using local produce. You can stay in their newly renovated guest rooms, or enjoy lunch in their restaurant.

Le relais du Vigneron in Vertus
A walking trail (5km for the short loop and 11km for the long loop) & a cycling trail (17km for the short loop and 30km for the long loop) with short loop option are available at the Relais du Vigneron.
Topics include champagne production, gastronomy, family history and local heritage.
A tasting stop is scheduled along the bike route.
Audio, text and photos punctuate the walk. You can stay at their hotel, the Best Western Relais du Vigneron, have lunch or dinner in the “Terre de craie” restaurant, or discover local gastronomy in their boutique “les 27 paniers”.
The Bulle Verte walk can be combined with a food and champagne pairing or even a picnic, for a moment immersed in the Champagne countryside!
Champagne Piot Sevillano in Vincelles
The estate offers a 4 km walking trail and a 5 km hiking trail.
The main themes are viticulture, farming practices, biodiversity and family history. The Bulle Verte experience can be combined with aperitif platters, champagne tastings or the “Instant d’Eternité” boxed set with your favorite cuvée between Instant Meunier and Le Temps pour Elle + 2 flutes engraved with your names, enough to leave with a beautiful souvenir!
Champagne Meteyer in Trelou sur Marne
Champagne Meteyer is planning a 4 km walk through the vineyards. Various themes will be addressed: champagne production, La Maison Meteyer (know-how, transmission, sharing, hospitality…), their ecological commitment (with the HVE label etc.) and art.
There will be 8 points of interest, with videos by Anna Meteyer (and costumed staging at each stage). Challenges are planned along the way.
