As part of our commitment to ensuring that leisure activities are accessible to all, we have been awarded the ‘Tourisme & Handicap’ label for hearing, intellectual, mobility and visual impairments. Specific facilities have been put in place, including gentle ramps and automatic doors, a lowered reception desk, tactile paving and simplified pictograms.

In France, 12 million people are recognised as having a disability (source: Atout France). To enable them to organise their holidays or day trips with complete peace of mind, the Tourisme & Handicap label serves as a key criterion for choosing accommodation that is adapted to their needs.
To ensure an uninterrupted stay, the scheme is aimed at all organisations within the tourism sector: accommodation, catering, visitor attractions, leisure and cultural activities, and tourist information centres. Establishments applying for the scheme must meet the criteria for two of the four recognised disabilities:
