Why go there?

Jean-Luc Weber-Tritant heads up the family estate created by his grandfather in 1930. He has always been a "Récoltant-Manipulant" (independent winegrower), producing only Grand Cru champagnes from his own grapes in Bouzy and Ambonnay, as well as the highly acclaimed Coteaux Champenois "Bouzy Rouge". He produces his Pinot Noir and Chardonnay (nearly 3 hectares) in an environmentally-friendly way: his vines have been certified organic since April 2023.
Come and visit our cellar to discover our story and how we make our champagnes.
We offer 3 types of visit:
- “DISCOVERY” VISIT: Presentation of our estate and 3 or 6 champagnes.
- “IMMERSION” VISIT: Visit our cellar to understand how our champagnes are made, then discover 3 or 6 of them.
- “GOURMAND” VISIT: "IMMERSION" visit where 5 of our champagnes and our Bouzy Rouge are presented in harmony with local products from the Marne. To be booked 8 days in advance.
