Why go there?
Our wine estate is made up of five hectares of vineyards distributed in a dozen village in the Marne department. It also has fields that we cultivate in conservation agriculture.
In fields as in vines, we have changed working methods towards better respect for the natural environment with which we work, in particular the life of the soils and biodiversity.
Thus our vine practices follow the path of agro-ecology. We are thinking and working to improve them from day to day.
