Tourist Office Classified category I

The Epernay en Champagne tourist office is a category I tourist office. It is ideally located on the emblematic thoroughfare of the Champagne capital and is open at least 240 days a year, on Saturdays and Sundays in high season.

Our reception team can advise you in several languages and can provide you with full, up-to-date documentation free of charge. We can also be contacted by post, telephone, e-mail and chat.

Our digital tools are tailored to your needs: responsive, multilingual website, interactive touch screen on site when the tourist office is closed.

We are implementing a local tourism strategy to welcome our French and international visitors and to support local stakeholders in their tourism development. This local tourism strategy is being developed in close collaboration with the Epernay Agglo Champagne local council community, the Marne tourism development agency and the Grand Est regional tourism agency, to ensure maximum efficiency.

We pay close attention to what our visitors think: satisfaction questionnaires, complaints form, reviews on Google My Business and Trip Avisor, and we keep up-to-date visitor statistics so that we can respond even better to their expectations.
