The first traces of the Hostomme family in the local area date back to the start of the 16th century. Their history is inextricably linked with that of Chouilly Champagne Grand Cru and its prestigious Côte des Blancs. Nowadays, Paul’s great-grandson Laurent runs the family business, which was built up by the three generations before him, who extended and diversified the vineyard and the cuvées produced.
