The Visitor Services Department of the Epernay Tourist Office in Champagne

To help you plan your visit to Champagne, the Visitor Centre at the Epernay Tourist Office in Champagne provides a comprehensive brochure with suggestions for visits, full-day or half-day programmes, and even longer stays.

From a few hours to a few days in Champagne

For your guided tours, lasting between 1 and 2 hours, we provide multilingual guides (French, English, German, Dutch and other languages on request).

If you are on a half-day excursion, enjoy a guided coach tour along the Champagne Route and stop off at one of the iconic sites in the Montagne de Reims or the Marne Valley.

For the full day, we offer a tour of several must-see sites with a lunch break in a traditional restaurant.

Finally, for longer stays, discover Champagne in all its glory by staying for one or two nights in our sparkling region to appreciate all its facets.

Travelling in a group

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

To make your stay in Champagne easier if you are travelling in a group, you will find below some answers to the most frequently asked questions.

  • Where can I park a coach?

Rue Jean Moët offers a few parking spaces for coaches with access on the right-hand side of the vehicle. Located just a few metres from Avenue de Champagne and the town centre, these spaces are an ideal meeting point for groups travelling by coach.

  • Where are the public toilets?

Public toilets are available free of charge in the Town Hall park, to the right of the brick buildings on Rue Jean Moët. You will also find them on Avenue de Champagne at the bus stop opposite No. 21 Avenue de Champagne. Free and accessible 24 hours a day.
