Immerse yourself in a unique sensory experience in the heart of Reims, on the majestic square facing the Notre-Dame Cathedral.AU PIANO DES CHEFS, a space dedicated to culinary inspiration, welcomes you for a refined and immersive wine tasting workshop.Over the course of 1.5 hours, explore the art of tasting through two carefully selected champagnes, a traditional ratafia, and exclusively local cheeses, each chosen for their perfect harmony with the cuvées.This sensory journey is led by a passionate duo: Chef Éric Geoffroy, a specialist in gourmet pairings, and Paulina Sanders, a creator of bespoke wine and food experiences.Learn to refine your sense of smell, awaken your palate, and decode the subtle aromas of each product.
