Elodie D. Champagnes are Maker-Vintners Champagnes. Élodie Desbordes, at the head of the vineyard, cultivates her vines on Écueil terroir, in La Montagne de Reims, in handmade and environmental ways. The grapes produced like that allows to have wines with a great expression.
