All practical information

How do I get to the Tourist Office?

The Tourist Office is located at 7 Avenue de Champagne, near Place de la République, in the building next to the Town Hall. There are two entrances: one on Avenue de Champagne and the other on the Town Hall Garden side.

  • Did you arrive by car?

You can park in the adjacent streets where parking is paid (Rue Jean Moët, Rue Pupin, Rue Jean Chandon-Moët – 100 m around the Tourist Office) or in one of the underground car parks where the first hour is free: the Jard car park (entrance on Rue Eugène Mercier – 150 m walk to the Tourist Office) or the Centre-Ville car park (entrances on Place Hugues Plomb or Boulevard du Cubry – 700 m walk to the Tourist Office).

  • Did you arrive by train?

The Tourist Office is less than 500 metres from the station forecourt. When you leave the station, go straight towards Place Mendès-France, walk past the theatre and cross Rue de Reims to reach the Town Hall Garden. Cross the garden and go around the Town Hall on the right. The Tourist Office is just after that, on your right. The entrance is between the two flower beds.

  • Did you arrive in a motorhome?

You can park on Boulevard de la Motte (500 metres from the Tourist Office) or Rue de Sézanne (600 metres from the Tourist Office). For overnight stays, there is a 6-space parking area on Avenue Paul-Bert (1.5 kilometres from the Tourist Office).

Gifts, souvenirs

The Tourist Office Shop

Take advantage of your visit to the Tourist Office to discover local products in our shop.

You will find a selection of items related to champagne, as well as gourmet and wellness products and decorative items guaranteed to be locally made by the Made in Marne label.

For souvenirs and gifts for your loved ones, don’t miss out on the must-have postcards, pencils, key rings and other original magnets.

To enhance your champagne service at home or at your holiday destination, we offer a range of items related to our local beverage: flutes (glass or plastic and coloured), buckets, coolers, boxes or carrying cases.

And why not take home a plaque from the famous Avenue de Champagne: from key rings to street signs, there’s bound to be something that fits in your suitcase. Or dress in ‘local colours’ with our collection of shirts and socks featuring ‘champagne’ prints.

Events and exhibitions all year round

The exhibition area

With its exhibition space adjacent to the reception area, the Tourist Office offers you a place to plan your stay: you will find chairs and tables, as well as documentation from our partners.

You can also admire works by local artists and artists from other regions and countries, on a variety of themes related to champagne: sculptures made from wire caps, paintings, drawings, decorative creations, and more. Prepare to be amazed by the imagination of our creative partners.

Our flagship event, Esprit de Champagne, also livens up the season. From May to December, it gives you the opportunity to meet champagne producers, leisure operators and artisans in person at the Tourist Office. For more information: Esprit de Champagne – The meeting
