O'Local in Épernay invites you to a "Paris-Brest" pastry workshop.
Over the course of two hours, you will learn the chef’s culinary techniques, enabling you to recreate this delicious recipe at home. You will prepare the choux pastry, the praline, and the Paris-Brest cream filling.
