Why go there?
This 7 km walk through the heart of the Mont de Berru vineyards offers participants a route featuring five gourmet stops, each accompanied by a food and champagne pairing, for a convivial experience showcasing our terroir and our cooperative’s expertise.
At each stop, a dish:
Menu:
Stop 1: Bruschetta, mozzarella, Serrano ham, sun-dried tomatoes
Stop 2: Sea bream tartare with citrus fruits
Stop 3: Guinea fowl breast with morel mushrooms, mashed potatoes
Stop 4: Selection of truffled Chaource, Comté and goat’s cheese
Course 5: Pink biscuit tiramisu
The children’s menu is the same as the adult menu but with smaller portions.
Departures at 11.30 am, 12 noon, 12.30 pm, 1 pm and 1.30 pm.
