Vignobles En Scène: Aroma Workshop

On the agenda:

- An introduction to the fundamentals of tasting and how our sensory perceptions work.

- An aroma recognition workshop using scent vials.

- A blind tasting of three Piot-Sévillano Champagnes to learn how to identify their characteristics and subtleties.

- To round off the experience, a fourth flute of Champagne concludes the workshop, accompanied by a food and wine pairing created especially for the occasion.
