Choose from two signposted, geolocated walking routes with virtual guides taking you from plot to plot through our vineyards – the ‘Boucle Champêtre’ or the ‘Boucle Audacieuse’ – to explore the vineyard landscapes and the history of our estate, and discover the secrets of our terroir and our organic and sustainable viticultural practices.

Behind every winemaker lies a story, and Isabelle’s is full of poetry. Her garden, on the banks of the Marne and alongside the greenway, is a true invitation to relax: a bucolic setting where you can enjoy Champagne just as you would at home, in complete tranquillity. It’s the perfect spot for a break from the hustle and bustle; it’s open from 21 June to 21 September, Thursday to Sunday from 11am to 4pm.

#19. Chocolate factoryThibaut in Pierry
In groups of up to 14 people, have a go at making a cork… out of chocolate.
With its praline or local liqueur filling, the chocolate ‘bouchon’ is a treat for the taste buds of all food lovers. But do you know the secret behind how they’re made? How do they get their shape, which is so characteristic of the region? How are they filled?
During this workshop, which lasts around an hour, you will be given an apron to wear and will work with the chocolate and moulds until you have created your very own chocolate treat. You will learn the technical skills of a chocolatier: tempering, filling, shaping a cone, the delicate process of removing the chocolate from the mould, and finally wrapping it up before the long-awaited tasting.
