Brasserie De La Tête De Chou

La Tête de Chou is a craft beer factory located in Épernay since 2021, in an old wine building. Nearly 900 hl of beers were produced on site in 2022. Our range consists of permanent beers (ginger white, smoked porter, i.p.a) and ephemeral beers brewed in limited quantities throughout the seasons (raspberry lime sour, grape ale...).
The brewery has a shop open Thursday to Friday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Since spring 2022, a taproom (brewery bar) allows you to taste all of our beers on site. We also offer wine, champagne and snacks.
The taproom is open Monday to Saturday from 5:30 p.m.
