Since 1658, the Desbordes family has been cultivating vines in Ecueil, passing on their unique expertise from generation to generation. Eleven generations later, Elodie Desbordes, the fourth woman to run the house, continues this tradition by producing exceptional champagnes that are certified sustainable, high environmental value and organic.
