Jardin De Vignes Du Mesnil Sur Oger : Le Clos Saint Vincent - Vineyardgarden

This garden, which opens onto the vineyard, is a natural setting that highlights the manual labour involved in the champagne-making process.Like a walk of fame, around fifty handprints belonging to local winegrowers are displayed to show that the landscape does not shape itself. In addition to the hands, the nose, which plays a key role in the final blend, is also honoured in the Jardin des Arômes. An olfactory experience is offered to introduce you to nine fragrances illustrating the three grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
