To mark Champagne Day, M Réceptions is teaming up with Pressoria for an experience designed as a journey from "Vine to Table."

Chef Philippe Mille invites you to a gastronomic immersion that echoes the world of Champagne, taking place across Pressoria’s various spaces.

The evening begins with a strolling cocktail reception amidst the scenic exhibition dedicated to the vineyard. As you move through the different areas, you will sample culinary creations paired with various Champagnes, presented by key figures from the region.

Then, it’s time for the main event: the meal. Gathered around a grand table, you will enjoy a four-course menu crafted by Philippe Mille, featuring carefully curated food and Champagne pairings. The dinner will be punctuated by presentations and activities centered on Champagne, ensuring an exclusive—and above all—convivial experience!
