Why go there?
Situated on the historic hillside slopes, Maison Castel Jeanson is an example of a Champagne house that has undergone a change in function; once a site for Champagne production and sales, it has now been converted into a hotel.
Located at 24 bis Rue Jeanson in Aÿ, the property changed hands several times during the 20th century (passing to Mumm in 1912, Besserat de Bellefon in 1964, Bollinger in 1979, and Duval-Leroy in 1995). Now restored, the estate has been transformed into a hotel.
