Founded in 1947 by Pierre Jacquinot, the Maison de Champagne is based in the heights of Epernay.
Its cellars were dug out by hand in 1870, 19 metres below ground. Here, the Champagnes mature for many years at a constant temperature of 12°C.
Champagne Jacquinot & Fils offers highly expressive wines made only from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, grown on their 17 ha vineyard, where they use sustainable cultivation methods.
