Description
For the half-day (4 hours) Pressoria Escape:
- Pick-up outside the Epernay Tourist Office in a Mercedes van with local driver-guide “Anne-Lise”
- Observe, touch, feel, listen… Explore the immersive and interactive Pressoria experience at your own pace (Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes) Discover the ‘wine of kings’ through your five senses. Geology, climate, the hidden side of the vineyard, the grape harvest, champagne production, effervescence…
- A guided tasting of two champagnes will be offered in the bar or on the terrace at Pressoria, with a panoramic view of the vineyards listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site
- A cellar tour at an authentic Champagne producer, with an explanation of the process from the vine to the production of Champagne using the ‘Méthode Champenoise’, followed by a guided tasting of three Champagnes
- Return and drop-off in front of the Epernay Tourist Office
For the Pressoria Day Trip (7 hours):
- Same itinerary as the half-day tour + Lunch at a restaurant (starter, main course, dessert, excluding drinks) + Visit to the Church of Dom Pérignon in Hautvillers
