the Most Valuable Real Estate in the World

#1 Stroll down the avenue de Champagne in Epernay, the Capital of Champagne

Home to many prestigious Champagne Houses with spectacular architecture, it is believed to be the most valuable real estate in the world, because of what lies beneath – a network of 110kms of cellars where over 200 million bottles of Champagne are stored.  Enjoy a romantic stroll down this beautiful avenue and stop off at any of the numerous chic Champagne bars along the way.  Many of the Champagne houses provide guided tours of their cellars (in several languages) where you can learn about the history of Champagne, how it is produced and of course enjoy tastings of their wonderful Champagne.  Be sure to book in advance as they are very popular !
