Atelier Vendanges Maturité - Champagne Cuillier & De Sloovere

Cuillier & De Sloovere Champagne offers you a glimpse into the daily life of a Champagne winegrower a few weeks before the grape harvest.

Accompanied by the winemaker, you will head out into the vineyards to check the ripeness of the grapes and take samples to taste and determine the alcohol content. This process will help to determine the harvest date for the plot.

The experience concludes with a tasting of one of the House’s cuvées in the heart of the Champagne vineyards.

Meal: You can combine these activities with the grape pickers’ meal (food and champagne pairing) for an additional charge of €45.
