The Domaine de Vincine is the perfect address for a dinner for two. The setting is cosy, with a soothing décor that gives pride of place to plants and warm wood tones. The menu, deliberately short, honors fresh products from the richness of the Epernay region. Cook'in
Cook’in is the meeting of two gastronomic cultures : French cuisine and Thai cuisine in the heart of Champagne. A perfect fusion, just like the couple who founded the restaurant: Guillaume, in the kitchen, and Uma, in the dining room.
