The wines we offer are selected for the identity of the winemaker, passionate about its terroir; the identity of the region and the history of the vineyard.
We had to offer dishes with products matching these wines, with the slogan of proximity; the desire to work with quality products that we know the origin and envy of fresh products bought on the market or delivered directly by our suppliers.
This desire comes from our roots, from a father and mother winemakers who love their vineyard and their terroir, loving the products that come from a family (farmer, breeder, market gardener, cheese maker, charcutier ...) the main one being the passion to make a good product.
